Help! If not spoon, then what?
You guys got some knowledge.
I wa gonna get a spoon engine until I heard you have to break the engine down to change the oil. I'm not a track racer, i'm not even a street racer because my car is so sloooowwww. I got a 95 4 dr civ dx. I want to put an h22a in my car because it has the most bang for the buck (200hp vtec & 220hp type S). From what I read the h22a will weight more causing more understeer. So how do I get around this problem. I want torque as well as precise steering. What engine is built to the same standards as spoon engine, but made for "non-professional" street racers.

Re: Re: Re: spoon engines??
Dude this thread died of over a month ago and you brought it back to ask a totally off-topic question. My advice is you make a new post, or ACTUALLY SEARCH ON YOUR OWN (omfg what a concept) through the 2374082340982309423 other noob posts asking the same question.

Re: spoon engines??
if anyone cares, the correct power numbers from the manufacturer would be
b16a 158hp/111tq b16a1 150hp/109tq b16a2 158hp/113tq b16a4 170hp/116tq b16b 180hp/115tq b17a 160hp/117tq b18a1 130hp/126tq or 140hp/121tq b18b1 142hp/127tq b18c(jdmR) 200hp/134tq b18c1 170hp/128tq b18c2 167hp/128tq b18c3 193/127 b18c4 169/127 b18c5 195/127 b18c6 190/131 also, if you have a lamborgini why are you on this pos forum? the answer is because you're either the dumbest lamborgini owner ever or because you're the biggest loser that owns a lamborgini, either way, if you wanna talk about how your murcialago is bad ass go to hondatech or something so they can bust out 800 hp dyno graphs from a 13k car...not that horsepower is pussy power...any real lambo owner knows that...but you can basically trade 5hp for one pp |
