Re: Blue Super Seven W.I.P.
Mark, which car are you going to build the T70 as?
I have no idea at this time, or whether I'll build it out of the box or detail it up. Several other projects are in front of that list... - Mark |

Re: Blue Super Seven W.I.P.
Got the "spare tire" mounted...
Here's a couple old shots of the "spare" for those who may not have seen it before... And the headlights are ready to be mounted. SMS Hi-Def C/F on the rims... - Mark Last edited by Scale-Master; 04-04-2018 at 05:15 PM. |

Yep, a little over .020, they are a 1/4 inch diameter in real life... - Mark

Re: Blue Super Seven W.I.P.
Did you use an end mill to machine the slot?
No, nothing high tech like that. Old school with an X-acto knife. I don't have an end mill that small. Scale Loctite? Yep, but it is also called Krazy glue. I can machine hex head bolts that small now, but this was what it asked for... - Mark |

Re: Blue Super Seven W.I.P.
Not to be a stickler, but can you find those bezels in CF? I mean, if you've got enough money, anything is possible. But are these modeled after real parts or is this Seven a "Speed costs money, how much do you want to spend?" sort of car?
