does the 02 v10 have spark plugs
my buddy at work just got an 02 excursion and was told that the gasoline v10 doesnt have plugs. it has some kind of resistors in place of the plugs. is this true? and were are they at?

Nope gas V10's have spark plugs it's the Powerstroke Diesels that have glowplugs instead of spark plugs, You don't have to change them but they do go out and boy are they expensive!

yeah i read on another forum that the had thier own individual coil packs and cost 100 bucks each!

The coil packs are expensive, but you only have to change them if they go bad, not whenever you change the plugs. The plugs actually aren't that bad on the excursion, though. Try an Enconoline with a V10!
