Well I'll be..........Depriciation is almost nothing!!!
It's almost three years since the release of the 607 in V6 SE form over here (New Zealand)- so I thought I'd have a look to see how much they are costing for a 2001 model- there was one registered in April 2001(AAF numberplates plates) selling for NZ$57,990 and that was the lowest price I could get on a used 607- this is for an $85,990 when-new car- so in three years the car has retained about 60-65% of it's value!!! SHOCKING considering that in the UK the same model will retain about 25-30% It is depriciating at the same rate as a 5-series- Came as quite a shock really!!!

yeah ! the 607 V6 ! if you can afford it, go ! I thought to buying a 607 HDI (here, gas is expensive !), but I chose a 525tds, the Peugeot was expensive.

I certainly can't afford a 607, in fact I'd put my income at just above buying a Fuego level, but there are plenty of people who can indeed afford them
I like to think of them as a Unique mans 5 series, with Front Wheel drive () The value of a new V6 is unbeatable, undercuts a 525i, 166 3.0, E240 and A6 3.0 and can depriciate slower than most of them (In New Zealand) |
