Forgot to say that, yes. Weld comes out through the actual 'gun'. Not the most efficient but it gets the job done.

Seriously though, buy or find metal and practice for a long time before doing it on your car. And I'm not talking one day. I've had this thing for about a year now and like I said above, just NOW my welds are starting to look good. It takes time if you've never done it before.

It also helps if you have someone that knows what they are doing helping you. Thats how I learned. But yes you still have to practice a good bit

Re: Make a full exhaust for 420a Turbo

I didn't have anyone helping me which was the problem. No one I know welds so was kind of hard to learn from other people. There's lot of videos and readings, but if there's no one else around, practice makes perfect.

See that's a problem. Thing is not running too well these days. That's why I'm rushing to finish up the new motor. I believe the head gasket is shot. I have a bad mixture of oil in my coolant and I've still yet to do a compression test, but I know at least one cylinder is dying pretty hardcore. Tried doing a run to get some logs for MS and the thing just wouldn't move above 5,900rpm. I'll see what I can do though.

No need to scatter it over a pull. Wait till you get it right. I was just interested in how these 420a turbo's run.
