Yes they will pay for my car to be repainted and they will pay for me to have a rental car 40 bucks a day.

It won't be happening for like abother 2 weeks though

I was thinking they would paint the whole car with what they would owe you. I think they should have to paint more than just the bumper since the guy wouldnt even say sorry or admit fault.

Well its no skin off my elbow to sue them. I am kinda in the right line of work for that. Ultimately, I'm going to see how things progress witht the painting and such. Ultimately, I'm not looking to benefit from this situation a nice fresh painted front bumper would make me happy. But if they are dicks about it I will crush them in court. I'll seek punitive damages, exemplary damages, costs, I can rack up the expenses pretty high especially when my costs will be assessed at $150.00 per hour.

Lol more like a small town, little fish. But I've done my share of civil litigation. This one would be a cake walk. Issues are so cut and dry. The judge would not be very kind to someone who acted as he did. The only issue would be how much I could nail him for not whether I could or not.
If it were before judge judy I'd be sweet haha she loves nailing assholes for as much as she can. Some judges only want to give you damages. Others make orders based on a more pragmatic approach of how they would feel in the situation or how 'bad' they feel the other party has been. Thats the kind of judge I want.

I'm not sure whatever I can salvage I will. Def keeping the 272's and arp's.

Also the longblock came with a bunch of extras that I'm going to sell. I got t25 and stock exhaust and intake mani, TB, Sensors, front o2, cas, tps. I got some pics on my phone trying to figure out a way to get em up.
