Been going on for weeks. Can't find how to contact Admin. Using Chrome, Win10.

Try sending a message to an admin.
From the main page, underneath all the car listings there is a "view forum leaders" link, which will take you to a list; scroll down to find the list of administrators. Good luck -- this forum has been less and less active for a long time.
