I was looking at that in a store a while ago, and I like it, it's pretty cool. I'd get it if I were you, it would be a good deck to have. Sony makes some good stuff.

not bad, i had a similar one worked pretty well when tuned right, but i would look for a clarion, alpine, or blaupunkt head unit best around. or for a little less money try a jvc they got good quality thats what im going for next.

really? what model jvc was it? when i had the sony it always played right i shouldnt have left it in my car when i traded, but it wasnt very easy to tune not enough adjustments. ive always had probs with pioneer though, they sound good and all but arent very reliable in my experience. plus ive never had a cd player for 2 full years so maybe all of em i had woulda died if i had it as long as u did...

oh im trying to get the jvc digifine with the aluminum-looking face, my scooby has a bunch of plastic that looks just like brushed aluminum so i figured a little bit more fake aluminum-plastic would look good

that head unit is actually pretty cool! My friend has it in his car. It's super easy to use too!

I like this head though....

a friend of mine had the chameleonmodel prior to the one in picture. it has cool features and looks real cool, but the soundquality wasn't too good. heard that the sound issue applies to all JVC units...

he sais his new kenwood is much better...

I would go for either a pioneer or an alpine...

I like that face ... But I love awia quality ...

Awia makes sound very powerful heads and they last for long years ...
my cuz had a 25x4 untill last year .. when we bought another together ... the sound quality is very tight and clear ...

Awia ... JVC ... sound as good as Panasonics or Sonys ...
but Clarion will kick all heads asses ... ( I think )
