My Z's faster than the Old's. It's a lead sled compeared to the one we race now. Thats why I race the Z.
I still have the HKS ALC. lol, Never did sell it.

Sorry George but my butt's a little raw from all the all knowing all seeing Demi-Gods calling BS on me. You know me well enough to know I generally don't post pics unless it's to show how something fits or works. I'm not into bragging rights. But if you want to see my Z racer just eMail me as I hav ton's of them while we were building it.

You see George I'm a italian and I don't get mad, I get even.
This month I'm retiring and going to spend the rest of my life doing what I like the most. Bounty hunting. I have the cars and money to travel and even up some scores and bring total humalation and insult to a few chosen people and my son is making a website for me to post the results so the whole world can and well see the results of my efforts. My plan is to go to these peoples sites and in front of all and show them what Zgringo with Zforce did to there hero's.
I have a diesal Ford pickup with a Haulmark 2 car enclosed trailer w/living quarters in it and plan on taking my 240Z and 450Z and going bounty hunting, starting in Santa Barbara, Calif.
You see, I have everything in my favor. I know what these people look like and what they drive and where they live, and they don't know shit about me, other than I've told them there full of shit.
I even have a magazine publisher friend when I told him what I planned on doing wants to do a story on it. He thinks it well be cool to see Zgringo go out in the world and stomp some butt. Now if that don't bring insult to injury I don't know what does.
Two things I've learned in life. It's hard to beat money, knowledge and cubic inches, and when you combine all three you have a winner. And that my friend I have.

Right now as we speak contracts between me and sponsers are being changed. My Nephew and son well be taking over LAMP Racing and the AA/F car well be in a group by itself. Zgringo is done racing.
The new group well take over the rail, Pro street and Pro modified cars.
I get to keep my 240Z and 450Z.
As for being bold statements, I don't think so. Whats bold and has balls, is Hiroshi of Escort loading up his car in Japan and coming to the USA and kicking some ass. How was he able to do this in the home and birth place of drag racing?
He knew what he was doing and knew what he had. Thats the difference between Do'ers and Wannabe's.

You guys don't have the slightest idea what you have available to you in the forums. I personally tried to have one of the best turbo men in the country come on AF and answer questions. We made a thread for him and he announced his presents and his willingness to answer any questions. You know how many questions were asked? 0, zip, nada. Not one question, but on the following thread someone asked, "Who will win, 2000 vs. 300Z".
I have hundereds of very close friends who are top's in their field. Some of the best engine builders, car builders, cam designers, computer wizards, fuel injection nuts, transmission designers and drivers that could teach you guys and answer questions.
But that isn't the main question. 90% of the questions are "well my VW Bug beat a Yugo". 10% of them you can't even understand what there saying. Then you have the posting whores.
I bet Ivia with his direct contact with Escort could have one of them if not Hiroshi himself common Past Z's and answer questions. Well it work? No. Why? Figure that one out.

Thats only the tip of the iceburg. Escort is really putting out 1,300+HP. Thats with a VG30 engine.
Care to see some figures on the VH45?

Street tuners, I call them "Bolt on artist's", don't have the foggest idea what can be done to the VG30 engine.
If you can't buy it from a Z supplier then it's not available.
People are more concerned with a name than technology.
Every cam I seen advertised for the Z are a compermise for performance.
Would you go to a carpenter to have brain surgery? I don't think so. Then why don't you go to a cam specialist and get a cam? or a piston only mfg. to get pistons? Cause they don't have the name, only the technology.

I actually met the owner of ESCORT and shook his hand... super nice guy. He doesn't speak english very well but he always has a few interpretuers with him. A representaive of his, Kenny, hangs out in 300zxclub.com and I talk to him alot. A very helpful fellow. The guys at ESCORT are always really busy and they are currently visiting in Japan, and getting ready to return with some goodies, ie Ti Single Exhaust... I would be happy to fwd any questions anyone might have.

Al, sorry about the very late reply to your comment. I must'a skimmed over it...

Zgringo I think you do need to do that. Hunt them down; people are always calling BS on people just because it wasn't in Sports Compact Car or something. I took a look at the Big brake kits from Brembo; A M5 came into the shop to get it done. I matched the Brembo caliper up to the Porsche 993 caliper and Rotors and they were the same. They use the same pads/rotors (the mounting holes on Brembo calipers are smaller than Porsche's). That's another subject and project, But what i a m getting at is most people just buy Brembo first because it's a bigger name. But there are so many more options out there. We should be thankful for Zgringo because he is willing to share his wisdom with us. I have some Honda friends who modify their cars and even though they are friends they won't share secrets or info with each other. I come to these forums to get info and most of the times it's just useless posts. i hate to vent but let's get for real.
