My wild stab in the dark would be 13/14's
I never time myself, I just hope I beat the other guy.

Stealth R/Ts run mid to low 16 with a trap speeds of around 90 mph. I believe the 0-60 is around 8.7 secs.

The R/T runs a 14.7 - 15.5 depending on driver(with a five-speed). Whoever said 13/14's mistook it for a Twin Turbo. R/T is just the 3.0 DOHC(same as ES) with more options(groundeffects/power everything). As for 16-16.5...maybe with an auto. But, usually even the SOHC's run better than that.

Re: 1/4 and 0-60 times?
I have... a 3000gt SL. Mine runs 14.9 in the 1/4 and 6.8 from 0-60. They're basically the same car, so I would assume a Stealth R/T runs the same =)

Re: 1/4 and 0-60 times?
Not to slam anyone's cars, I like stealths, I almost bought a 3000GT (now that that's out of the way lol)
I raced my car for the first time tonight against a stealth R/T (manual) in my 96 camaro 3.8 (automatic). My car had previously had trouble with misfiring. But, first run i floored it, spun my tires for about 5.5K RPM's and lost by alot. On the way back, we raced again and I blew him away, I was proud of myself, mainly because I spent 2750$ on my camaro and he spent 5000$ on his stealth, lol. Anyway, camaros run 5.9's, that's probably why i beat him. How much HP does a stealth r/t have? My camaro has 200 HP stock, though i added new injectors, coil, and plugs & wire. |

And 96greencamaro I hate to burst your bubble but a 3.8 auto Camaro is pretty slow. I have beat my fair share of them in my SOHC. Its possible the RT was auto then I could beleive you beating it. Also no Camaro runs 5.9's.

Re: 1/4 and 0-60 times?
haha, im sorry but 3.8 camaros are weak. Either the guy you raced made a mistake shifting or he didnt deem you worthy of another race. Heck the 87 IROC runs 14.9s and those are supposed to be the faster ones. A good stealth dohc manual should run low 15s. Some have had high 14s. The 96 auto 3.8 MAYBE runs a low 16 at best. I have raced many many 3.8s and I dont even know why I keep racing them as it is just a waste of gas for me. Always fun though
And wow this is an old thread
