97' Golf has no signals
my golf has no signals and when i put the hazards on the lights dont come on but the the light on the switch comes on and stays lit? i changed the signal switch but made no difference????

1. Did you try changing the bulbs? (Doy)
2. To give a good idea of what the problem, try and give a couple good hard whacks with an open palm to the left side and right side of the steering wheel (NOT the center). Then try the turn signals. Sometimes it's a wiring problem, not necessarily the switch itself. |

The last mechanic my girlfriend took her car to stole the fuse for her horn off the relay panel. That's what some mechanics do. That's why I work on my own cars and won't let my girlfriend take her car to a mechanic unless I know they're good for it.
