Question halo headlights

I bought the dual halo headlights for a 99 honda civic and installed them but one of the LED lights burned out. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it without having to cut the housing apart or if that is the only way to get to it.

There's no way to really get to the LED. When they burn out, they are pretty much burnt out. If you want to try that, I guess you can, but there is no real way to replace the LED once it burns out, your just kinda left SOL.
