Ducati Desmosedici 2004 "Loris Capirossi"

The model does not introduce particular added numerous modifications but to the maximum...
in order to begin I have assembled the motor and with one it heads from 0,4mm "I have marked" all rivetti of the same one

they are passed to the drainages, that I have separated (the kit previews the assemblage in brace), I have recreated the weldings with milliput and after to have painted them with the Alclad chromium I have added the reproduced stirrups of support with of the aluminum latten,

then with the transparent colors tamiya (orange and smoke)ho tried to give them the effect burnt typical of the ducati ones.

"Neo" of the beautifulst Kit tamiya and the total absence of the present convogliatore on the front one of the motion.... with of the listellini of plasticard I have made the structure that it rests on the radiator,

with a paper sheet I find the shape and the correct dimensions of the convogliatore, created the dima I have cut the plasticard and glue on the support previously created.

Cleaned up the piece it originates them of the kit I have reopened the bocchettone front, with of the plasticard I always have reconstructed the support of the television camera and the instrumentation.

with a rod of lathe brass I have replaced the gas tank of the shock-absorber

pierced and replaced the motivatings force of the clutch

with of the small tube of aluminum and termorestringente girdle I have tried to reproduce the connectors electrical workers

ended model

It's all for this model, is appreciate comments, critics ecc..ecc... soon hello hello....
P.S.excused the errors but I do not know English very well

Absolutely beautiful! Great scratch building skills.

Are the brakes and chain photo etch or kit parts?

Re: Ducati Desmosedici 2004 "Loris Capirossi"

I think this is about the most beautiful Desmosedici-build I have seen up to this point.
It looks like the real thing in some of the pictures.

Let's have another one, shall we?

Re: Ducati Desmosedici 2004 "Loris Capirossi"

I agree with what have been said up to this point, you have an absolute attention to the details of this bike and recreate those that adds to a build in this scale. No matter your english isn't perfect, these images speeks for them selves. The display is as much beautiful as it is original! No room for the slightest constructive critisism as you've done it close to perfection.
Great job, and as others have mentioned - bring us more!
