Nice....very nice. I like this model ALOT better, isn't this the concept form- 2005 maybe? I know the 2003 doesn't look exactly like this, or does it?
This pic really makes the viper look like a night-rider. Wonder what some other color schemes are. -Dave

The Viper Coupe has been approved for prodction in 2005. Check out this web site Chrysler Car & Truck News . It's a pretty good site to monitor if you like Chrysler cars, trucks and products.
By the way, no one on the Viper Club BB is talking about this (probably because most of us current Viper owners dislike the SRT-10 Roadster). I think that the folks at DC really blew it by releasing the roadster before this coupe (especially with the pending release of the GT-40). JMO. Brad

I would agree. The roadster is alright, but the coupe has always been the better looking and performing of the two. I don't know why Dodge decided to do it this way. Maybe bacuase that is how they did it with the fisr Vipers.

Polygon:
I would agree with you about the basis for DC releasing the RT-Roadster, except for the fact that they campaigned the RT prototype for 3 years before they released it. Then in the first year of the RT ('92), they introduced the prototype for the GTS. Unfortunately, DC campaigned the GTS version of the Gen 3 car long before they came out with the Roadster prototype. Relatively speaking the roadster was a huge disappointment whne compared to the GTS version. Tha's my take on it. Brad

I just sent Paul some pictures of a cruise that I went on with a bunch of Lambo's and Ferrari's. He'll be putting them on his site shortly. Brad Brad

I saw this Viper at the Barrett-Jackson auto show last year, and let me tell you it is absolutely gorgeous.
I have a couple of pictures of it with my digital camera if you guys would like. |
