Its a bit off-topic for this thread, but I sometimes wonder what ppl are thinking when they name a business. For example, I was passing through a small town last summer on my way home from Winnipeg, and I saw a restaurant called "Ed's Eats". Im sorry, but its just doesnt sound all that appitizing. Or how about businesses with wierd side-buisnesses like one here in town. "Paul's Roofing and Used Cars." Like did the guy have a roofing store, and then decide he wanted to sell cars? Im still looking for a used car, but places like that scare me. Id rather buy from a private sale.

Anyone else have wierd business names they want to share?

In Jacksonville, Florida.......there's a place calle Uncle Pu's, but the apostrophe light was out and it read Uncle Pus for a long time. Everytime my friends and I saw it, we wonder what the special was:

Today is the Farm Special:
Cow Pus
Chicken Pus
Horse Pus

Be sure to read this before you eat. :apuke:

There's a place here called the "House of Hose"... sounds kinda like a brothel to me.

Actually, that place is hella cool. They are all about hoses, so I'm having them replace/cover all the hoses in my car with braided steel covers/hoses. They're cheap as hell too...
