best short shifter

Hey everyone!

Well, I heard that a short shifter makes driving much more fun, so I was thinking of getting one. The ones I see most often on the net are the B&M short shifters. Except, there seem to be a few different kinds of those. Or does B&M stand for something (as opposed to being a brand name)?

Also (a bit off topic though), in your opinion, are seat covers pretty okay? Or is it better to just save some more and get the seats fixed up at a shop? I've never been in a car with one, so I'm not sure what they're like in person. I haven't decided on what to change my seats to (if I change them at all), so I thought this might be an alright alternative while I decide. Is there any brand that's especially good?

One more thing: what's the best site to get this kind of stuff?

Alright, well thanks a bunch!

Re: best short shifter

hey dude, I have a B&M short shifter with the extension brushing and the bronzoil shifter brushings and all I can say is it is one of the best upgrades i have on my car. Makes life a lot more fun.

As for somewhere where you can buy this stuff, check eBay as they often have good deals. Or shop around at your local speed shop. What area are you from anyways?
