07 Yukon ABS sensor resistance value
Hey everyone,
I recently posted here http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul....php?t=1070044 about a stabilitrak issue my sisters Yukon was having. She drove out here today and I took a look at her ABS sensors. The passengers side front sensor read an open with my multimeter and the drivers side read about 5.4Mohms. I suspect the passenger side is the faulty one, but the drivers side seems significantly higher than what I've seen quoted on other websites. Does anyone have know the value these should read? Mark |

Re: 07 Yukon ABS sensor resistance value
Without a known good sensor, it's hard to say for sure. Typically they are in the 1.3k-1.8k range. Do you know what codes are set? For sure the one that is open is bad.

Re: 07 Yukon ABS sensor resistance value
On average most GM sensors are about 1100-1200 ohms, but as mentioned you know the open circuit one is bad, replace that one and check the resistance first, then you have a std. to work with.
