4x4 without rear locker
I've got a factory setup SR5 it does not have rear locker. Will this cause any problems with going wheelin? Want to make sure I don't get stuck. I plan on getting a winch just in case.

Re: 4x4 without rear locker
Go to the Toyota Pickup section of the forum and ask them if they had a problem 4 wheelin without the locker, of course every little bit helps however, the question is what kind of wheelin do you do.

I have a 2000 reg cab w/out the SR5 package, just good old 4x4, and i've done some serious offroad wheelin and only gotten stuck once. this was in a mudhole about 3 feet deep and my tires sucked at the time. The toyota 4WD is awesome, with or without the locker. I've climbed 45 degree grades on dirt trails (granted it was fairly dry out) and its like going down the road, just keep on the gas and you'll have no problem.

Re: 4x4 without rear locker
gettin stuck is all relative to the type of wheelin youre doing. i have a lifted prerunner with no locker and ahve gone off roading and havent gotten stuck. but then again i havent gone through 6 feet of mud of either.
