left side blinkers stay on

Hi, the radiator on my 1995 Honda Civic recently started leaking, and for some reason it splattered (antifreeze and water) all over the inside hood and motor. After that happened, the left blinkers (front and behind) stay on when I turn on the lights, the right handed blinkers both work fine. I'm wondering what could be wrong? Could water have gotten somewhere or on a wire or something, any one have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
