gas guage stuck

how can i fix the gas guage it is stuck on full but goes down to 3/4 when i shut the van off?

I have the gauge cluster complete or if you want I also have thegauges seperate. PM if you want to buy them. You may just have a bad fuel pump.

i dont think its the fuel pump as i drive the van everyday and no problems except i dont know how much gas i have
