01 honda prelude base idle prob.

i was wondering if i could get some insight on my idle prob i just put in a skunk 2 manifold and hooked everything up and it runs fine cold when it warms up it will act jumpy on the idle not a big jump but 100-150 rpms enough to cause the car to jump when im trying to accel smoothly i have been searching for what to do i think the IAC valve hoses are flipped so i was wondering if i flip them could it fix it? cause i have not had a O2 sensor for the longest and i straight piped it so i was wondering what to do thankyou for your time.
