crippled fox

my 1988 FOX GL starts but only runs for a few seconds i think when i put a new fuel filter on something may have gotten into the fule line. i know those brass fuel injectors can get clogged. where are they and how do i check/clean them?

are you staying on the gas when it stays running? this would be a vacuum problem. it might be a clutch problem also... make sure it is out of gear and try. above all pay the extra buck for the bentley manual for the fox it has saved my day many a time.

Re: crippled fox

If you have found the problem, do me and others a favor and post your findings here. I am currently experiencing the same issue.
