Electrical glitch. Air bag light flashes then lose ac, entertainment, speedomer, fuel etc while driving but only for a few secs

Hi! My gf is going on a road trip in a few days and I would be grateful if anyone can help.
Thanks so much.

2016 equinox 2.4L

*Just had new tires and new battery put in.
It had a flooded and was replaced at Sam's with same size and style of battery.

Problem:

Before new battery and tires:
It started throwing a service air bag light which would show for a few seconds but never stay on.

Now after new battery and tires:
The air bag light comes on more frequently but doesn't stay on, like before but...

On occasion when the air bag light comes on, it loses power to ac and gauges go blank/off, (entertainment, speedomer, odometer, fuel), gives a tpms exclamation point, and traction control symbol comes on.

This only lasts for a second or 3 then everything goes back to normal. Ac starts blowing again

It doesn't lose power steering, abs, or ignition.

Doesn't seem to happen on a bump in the road or from any external force.

Put on OBD and has no engines codes.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!
