volume goes down in 10 mins......
i have a problem with my 97 pontiac grand am gt that i just bought. after about 10 minutes of listening to music on full blast, the volume goes down, then goes up, then goes down again, etc......
Does anybody know what could be causing this? Could it be the car battery? The car has a cassette/amfm deck. And does anybody have a pimped out 97 pontiac grand am or know of a website that's all about pimping this certain car out? hopefully with pics. |

does this happen while you are driving? if so your radio might have a speed volume control.

Sounds like the speakers have an auto sense to where if there's too much going through them, they automatically turn down to keep from blowing them. I had Bazookas that would shut off and on when that happened.
