code 34
i have a 89 oldsmobile 98 3.8 3800 i am getting a code 34 is says in the manual i something about the maf mass airflow thing but not sure how to fix it any please help if any one knows how to fix the problem

Tap the maf see if the engine reacts, if so it is bad, also check the pins in the connector for proper contact,, this was another common problem.

i have a 89 oldsmobile 98 3.8 3800 i am getting a code 34 maf. it says in the manual low airflow indicated but it does not tell me how to fix or what would cause it does not do it as soon as i start it i have to run about 4-5 miles before it acts up it will shut off but it will start right back up but real low on power

well i taped on it and the plastic cracked didnt work i guess nobody can answer my second question o well not much help
