SOHC Ticking fuel injectors
well all along i thought that i was a victim of the lifter tick and someone mention that on sohc, the lifters didn't tick, that it was actually the fuel injectors. man i should of listen but now im sure it's the injectors.... so does that mean that they need to be replaced, or is it a normal thing for the sohc injectors, should i just replace all the injectors to get rid of the tick??? if so which kind of injectors would be good....

Injectors are supposed to tick. As long as they're spraying fuel and not leaking you don't need to replace them.

yea i know they are supposed to tick... but my injectors tick loud enough to the point that i was getting confused that it might off been the lifters.. so don't you think that might be a bit too loud for an injector tick?? another question.... when i rev the tick gets faster and it only happens at idle and at idle you can hear it come on and go back away, when im driving down the road it goes away... could that still be the injectors??

well i found a fix... well it was the injectors so i just put some fuel injector cleaner and the tick is gone!!!!
