Scan tool information

Hello all,I have a 01 e430 4matic w210 I'm trying to find out has anyone had one of these cars it has the the the the diagnostic port inside the car a little square box, and it has the 38 pin round diagnostic port where the fuse box is too I'm trying to access other modules in the car I've been all over the internet and I can't seem to find a solid answer is there a scan tool that will access that information on my particular car and it's not a ridiculous price for it, I have a icarsoft e660 scanner and I does not have my car listed when I hook it up any ideals thanks appreciate it
