Well, upon further work, I have discovered that it might actually be my fuel pump that is no good. I had no thought this was an option because the mechanic I took it to said it was fine. I ran the car until it quit, about 10 mins, and then gave the throttle a shot of ether. The car started up on the ether meaning it was not getting any fuel. So I replaced the Fuel pump relay and this weekend I am replacing the whole fuel system, pump, sending unit, and tank. This should fix my ailments, but I will post one more time to update. Thanks for everyones input.
