online dealing with sound systems...
i bought some subwoofers online and was wondering if anyone had any negative experiences dealing with sound systems online? They should have arrived yesterday but no sign of them so far. What should be the first signs i look out for to see if they have been refurbished??? any suggestions?

Re: online dealing with sound systems...
Well, let's go thru the litany:
Where did you buy the stuff from ? did you use a credit card or paypal ? they should send you an email with a UPS or fedex tracking # if you used your credit card look at your online bank satement, by law they cannot charge you until they actually ship the item. some places don't actually have all the items in stock but won't tell you unless you actually ask them. You will just wait and wait and wait ....... All the packaging should look like it came from the factory, after a while you will get used to what that looks like. Might be hard to tell what is a refurb unless you take the cover off and know what you're looking for. They are supposed to tell you when you buy it if it's a refurb - don't know how well that is enforced. |
