1993 Probe Trans/clutch problem
Having a problem with my trans. While traveling at 55mph. my trans just seemed to disengage. It will go into gears and speedo will move with it but no power getting to wheels. Any ideas?

Update
After having the car towedfor $100 and sitting overnight, I started it up and everything seems to be fine. I am afraid to drive it and have it happen again. Anything i should be looking at, because I have no clue?!!

Re: 1993 Probe Trans/clutch problem
The problem was solved. turns out whomever installed the halfshaft overtightend the axle/hub nut and pulled the shaft from the trans. A new ring clip on the trans side and WALA!! problem solved. But to answer your question... It has a 2.2 stock with a 5 speed manual. Now i'm having problems with the caliper on the same side sticking and burnin the brakes. never ending!
