Rough Idle- 2005 Liberty

I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty that suddenly started running rough, I gave it a Tune-up and it still ran rough . I took it to the dealer for a diagnostic and was told that they can not find anything wrong with it and that Jeeps usually run rough any-way. Has anyone else had this problem?
