Aviator low voltage problem

2004 Aviator. In August, the steering wheel locked up on a low speed, high angle turn. Stopped the vehicle, turned off and on again. OK. Dealer detected a low voltage read and installed new alternator and battery. Yesterday, vehicle did the same thing, low speed turn except this time the brake would not depress. Stopped vehicle, turned off and on. OK.

Scheduled into the dealer (different one) tomorrow. Any clues?
