How do I get it open?

roll the window down and spray wd40 down onto the door latch mechinism, you may have to do this several times

this happens when moisture gets in the door

Thank you, I'll give it a try. I really hope it works. The air conditioning is broken also. I have a friend who says I can buy a kit at Wal Mart to recharge it. And it comes with instructions. That makes the 90 degree weather too much fun, no air and crawling over the seat to get out is too much fun!
