replacing intrument bulbs on 96 avalon

I have at least 3 instrument bulbs out in the instrument cluster on my 96 Avalon. What is envolved in getting the instrument cluster out to replace the bulds. Any help would be appreciated.

Instrument bulb is type T10. intergrated with bulb holder. If you can't find this special type of bilb, just use standard T10 to replace it. (Sould adjust the T10's lag to fit the holder)
