Jeep 97 V8 Trany shifts only 3 shifts (Normal?)

Hello guys

I’VE Jeep GC 1997 52Liter LIMITED, I NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY SHIFTS MY TRANSMITION CAN SHIFT IN TOTAL (I reached 160km/h with 3 shifts only).
It shifts from 1st gear to 2end gear at 38km/h which I think it is high for the engine.
Shifting from 1st to 2end is a bit hard. I flushed the fluid and changed the filter, but nothing has improved.
Do you recommend using LUCAS (transmission shifting fix)?
Thank you

I would smell the transmission fluid and if not burned I would try the lucas additive.
You have a transmission speed control solenoid on the left side of the transmission and a transmission speed sensor usually close to the tail shaft. A relay should be in the electrical control center also check the fuses. Inspect the wiring harness around the transmission. The overdrive solenoid may be bad.
