03 dodge 1/2 ton-water problems

My 03 dodge is lossing water and runs hot about every other day. The radiator front is wet but can not find where the water is coming out from-any suggestions?

debt, maybe a pinhole radiator leak but if you can't find it by looking try to get a radiator pressure tester, hook it up to the radiator neck and pump up the pressure and watch for leaks. Have you looked for the leak while the truck is hot and running? Make sure you keep it full of coolant and don't let it get hot.
