Question MSM Challenge Stradale

Hello,

Has anyone built the MSM trans kit that turns the Tamiya Ferrari 360 Modena into the Challenge Stradale?

I searched high and low to find one and did on Ebay for a incredible amount, stupid actually. BUT, I did find it!

http://www.mediamixhobby.com.sg/cata...oducts_id=1740

There are really no good instructions for the transformation. I have tried to find all the pictures I can of the Challenge Stradale but nothing really good to use. There are two plates that attach to the undertray that look out of place and I need some advice from anyone who has built this?!

So, if you have built one, please lend me an ear, I would appreciate it greatly!!!

Thanks

There is only ONE member who's completed this car using the MSM kit so far. Everyone else, including myself, has used the SAS transkit. Here's a link to the thread.

Here's one in progress that may help

http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=255172

I have this transkit. Send me a PM if you have specific questions about it if you want.

Here's another link to some awesome reference photos of a black 360CS

All of the pieces of the transkit are represented in the photos I think..

Re: MSM Challenge Stradale

IN the MSN 360CS kit,The rims proportion too has been small,Compares original TAMIYA kit installation also goes against slightly,Said by the real vehicle,Original MODENA installation is 18,360CS is 19,Except this minor defect in something otherwise perfect place,Is group of very good wraps

I did search the forums!!!

I personally like to read new responses from people who might not have talked about it in a while. Gets the interest going again!!

Thanks Matt, those pics were just the ticket for me. I did a million Google searches for things like that, but no luck.

I noticed after reading more that the MSM wheels really do look small. Has anyone tried the Acustion wheels for sale at Media Mix Hobby? I wonder if they are 18 or 19" scale?

I would like to find 19's, anyone found these anywhere?

Oh, and StephenDeli, don't respond unless you can be helpful, thanks.

thanks guys and gals!!!
