Question olds 88 royal throttle sticking

my olds royal will occasionally when i start it have a high idle and when it is put in gear it will accelerate as if i have my foot on the pedal. the pedal is not sticking i think it is with the throttle body. throttle position sensor???

I had that problem once and it was the pcv valve. Check for any vacume leaks. could be other reasons but mine was this.
