Header Install: Catalytic Converter Delete
I am lucky enough to live in an area that doesn't get checked for emmissions. I see that the catalytic conver will be deleted when the header is installed. What will that do as far was setting off codes? The ECU will no doubt see the unburned fuel at the 2nd bung. What is the common fix for this?

Re: Header Install: Catalytic Converter Delete
Got something to add to that: I'm not putting in headers, I just want to cut the cat out and weld a straight pipe in. If I use an MIL Eliminator, is there any other problems this may cause? Backpressure or whatever?
