new 06 gto

Hi, I own a 5.7 liter gto now and was thinkin about buying a newer 6.0.. I have been wanting to know if the 6.0. electric throttle body is slow reacting compared to the cable 5.7.. And also if the power dies down when burning out or is it better? What the perks and flaws of either car also?

Thanks for the responses!
