Wanting to build honda motor

i have 97 honda civic with a 1.6l dohc motor and i am new to the import seen. Im trying to figure out what would be the best motor turbo combination to put in it. I was thinking either a type r or a spoon b20 but im afriad that if i put a spoon in that i cant run a turbo do to to much compression can any one help.

im just letting you know: if you turbo the type-r, your fucking yourself in the ass.... royally.... the b20 would be ok to turbo....
