00 Frontier Warranty on Steering Box???

Been through several Recalls, and Extended Warranties on 00 Frontier. Has there been a recall announced on the steering box used only on 9/99 to 6/ 2000 production. Seems as though the gas temperature sensor cost me about $300 then it was magically announced as an emergency recall. Now the Steering box is prone to leaking fluid and no kit is available. So you can buy another 2000 year model steering box used, or replace it with a new steering box. Oh, before I forget, it is replaced for a deductble amount when you purchase the extended warranty, another $1195 on the purchase price, good to 100,000 miles. Now at that bargain price, I could buy 3. Buy another Nissan? Not after the last 4, not me.

repairs of steering box must replace the entire box, no rebuild kit announced as yet. Oh, thebargain price $1500 are you in a hurry to buy another Nissan?
