need help! gettin cams timed with engine(95 2.0 ztec)

Hello, my head cracked on my 1995 mystique ztech 2.0, and i purchased a used head from a car recycler, but here is the problem, i dunno what possison the pistons were on the parts car i got the head from. I've sat my motor at top dead center, now how do i get the cams? There is no marking on the cams or cam gears for TDC. someone please help im lost(o ya also does anyone know what the head bolts needs to be torqued to)

First be sure that your #1 cyl. is at top dead center.Get yourself a piece of flat sleel about 1/8 in. thick. turn cams until both line up and you can put the steel in the grooves at the end. It can only go one way.
