B. U. lights
Intermittent bu lights on an Acclaim (not sure what year).
Has column shift; convinced it's rev. switch or a wire. Where is the rev. sw. on this car? |

I looked in the haynes manual and the back up switch is located on the transmission. It's one of the two plugs that come out of it with wires, I'm not sure which it is but one of those is the rev. switch for the lights. It appears in the book to be the one that has thinner wires. It has 3 wires coming out. It is the two outer terminals (not the one in the middle) that is for the rev. switch. You might just have a bad switch and need to replace it. I don't know if that will help you at all but let me know if it does.
