JD: i use Prismacolor pencils - you can buy a "Scholar" set of 60 at Wal-Mart.

I have to ask, How do you get the colour pencils to go on so smooth and solid. Like what steps do you do and how many colours are you using for the green. You do very nice work with colour pencils.
