Red face Replacing an alternator on a pajero(the cables)

I am stock with the cables i dont know where they are going.

what make and model? usually the the ground is a seperate post, to which the black wire hooks up with a bolt. And then a plug which plugs into the alternator. Did you cut the old plug off instead of pulling it out? If so, get to a wreckers and salvage a plug off teh same make and model and splice it on the correct wires.
