lol anybody ever notice how you never see runners smiling. Just thought i'd point that out.

I'm bored right now, its like 7:15 and I'm hungry cuz I haven't eaten dinner yet.

...that would be becuase running 3.1 miles in 80 degree weather up and down hills is about as close to hell that any living person shall ever encounter....and the shorts are really short

I don't think I have ever run 3 miles consecutively in my whole life, lol. And if running 3 miles sux I could only imagine running a marathon...what are they like 26.2 miles or so.

SHEEEIIIT marathoners are frikin psycho!....i run 10 milers over the summer and that just is crazy...more than twice of one of those fuckers...crazy

Well normally the only time people smile is right at the finish line or past the finish line...and even then sometimes they can't smile, lol.

lol thats great to know. I got a couple friends in cross country and this year my school (Kamiakin High School) actually did pretty good, well the girls. One of the runners is in my math class (a junior) and she's always getting letters from colleges in class.

I go away for a day, come back tonight and theres too many to respond to. I used to run xcountry too, but then I realized why run when I can drive, go faster, waste less energy, and have a girl ridin with me Anyways, whats up people?

Dude that's not hell. Running the sound to narrows, THAT is hell. nothin like putting 100+ people in a formation, enforcing rows and columns (dress and cover for the military) and then having to run as fast as the slowest person. You think runnin fast is bad, try having long legs, running 14:25 2mi, and then having to run so slow that it takes almost 2 hours to run 7 miles up and down hills, mostly up. Pain, pain and more pain.
