Need help with back up lights! 82' e150 5.0

I have this 82' Ford E150 5.0 engine sitting in my driveway that doesn't have any brake lights at all. that hazards work in the front when they want to. So there that!

I have replaced the Back up light switch With all the fuses. Thinking that would fix it. but it didnt. From what the diagram i saw on that engine. i was hoping that was it. and other then spending 150 Buck on a hazard switch. Does any one else have a clue about what the problem could be? I need to get it fixed like yesterday!!! Thank.

Oh, and if anyone has the factory mannuals on the van let me know. THANKS AGAIN!
