What the hell is that? Looks like a Z3/Z8/Z9/330i crossovermobile.

Hey adam , I checked out your website and it is still very cool. I was wondering if you could put a link on where you got that New Z3 info, and maybe a wallpaper version of it too. Thanks.

Agreed.
There are only two cars that I have every heard my dad interested in buying to replace the 911 that he and I painstackingly restored for track use: a race prepared E30 m3, and the M coupe (especially with the new engine). He even likes the ugly factor! He likes how it gives some storage space, yet lacks a rear seat, and gives perfect weight distrubition. If my mom would let him build his garage, he would probably buy one and keep it right next to the 911 that has a piece of him and me embodied in it. But then it would be a problem deciding which one to take to driver's school!

I like the M coupe, it looks pretty nice in real life. It's a car people either hate or love

I guess Jay and I are the only ones who tink it is ugly, kinda reminds me of an AMC Gremlin/Pacer, can't remember which one it is (NOt too good with my Orphan cars)

Auto Week has a spy photo of the next generation Z5 (M Coupe) in the December 17th issue. Looks much more like a slotback such as the 240z or 1st gen RX7 than the current shooting brake design. Probably less functional, but more appealing to the eye of more people (rather than love it or hate it). The big news is that BMW is trying to cut more than 1,000lbs from the curb weight and equip a 2,000lb car (lighter than a Miata or MR2 Spyder) with a 200hp engine... that should fly and handle like a dream.

thinking about a M coupe....
hey.. im wondering if a m coupe is "suitable" for me because some people have said the car is "hard" getting in and out. I'm 5'11" and i weight about 180lbs.... is the car fine for big people like me? I'm thick because im big but i dont got a fat body. I want the m coupe because its a good small performance car and it caught my attention. I prefer the Coupe compared to the roadster.
bottom line is.. is the M coupe a tight sqeeze for big people when getting into and out of the car and is the ceiling very low for tall people.? |
