Car in the air w/ wheels off and in neutral, driveshaft/axle spin when on... Normal?
Fired up the car after doing my tune up/painting etc and noticed the rear wheels spinning forward. The gearbox was definately in neutral and the car fired up instantly w/o hesitiation.
Is this normal? What's causing the driveshaft etc. to get power?

and the heavier the gearbox oil (or colder ambient temp) the more it will continue to spin till the oil is warm.

^ Thanks guys... that's exactly what I'd assumed (fluid spin like a torque converter). Thanks for confirming.
